ADMISSIONS & CURRICULUM: |

Those who seek admission are advised to appear for MAT, CAT or ATMA indicating IIAM as their preferred choice. |
| 2. |
In case of overseas students or special cases who are unable to take MAT / ATMA / Special written test may be conducted by IIAM. |
| 3. |
A Bachelor's degree recognized by Indian Universities for equivalent in Commerce, Arts, Science, Engineering, Agriculture etc., is the minimum pre-qualification. |
| 4. |
Candidates appearing for the final year bachelor's degree examination may also apply and the admission is subject to confirmation on the candidates passing the pre-qualifier. |
| 5. |
The admission of any candidate shall be cancelled if spurious certificates are submitted. The institute reserves the right to proceed legally against such candidate. |
| 6. |
The application form and prospectus for admission into MAM can be obtained from the office of the Director on payment of Rs. 400/-, which is non-refundable. |
| 7. |
Application form duly filled in should reach the institute as specified therein. |
| 8. |
The criteria for selection is based on MAT / ATMA / CAT / IIAM special Test, the performance in the qualifying examination, group discussion, and interview. |

The decision of the Institute in all matters of selection is final. |
| 10. |
A candidate who is offered admission must pay the First Semester tuition fee on the day of selection. Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstance. |
| 11. |
An amount of Rs. 1,500/- per semester towards the cost of text books for I & II semesters shall remitted along with the I & II semester tuition fees. The balance amount, if any, after the purchase of textbook shall be refunded to the students. |

SPECIALIZATION FEE
Each student shall pay Rs. 1000/- for specialization. In addition, student opting for 'Systems' shall pay Rs. 5000/- towards use of facilities.
MODE OF PAYMENT
Academic fees to be paid in full through challan, payable at the Bank of Baroda, M.V.P. Colony, Visakhapatnam-530 017 before commencement of each semester.
ATTENDANCE
1. 75 % attendance is compulsory to be eligible to appear for semester-end examinations.
2. Students shall submit leave letters, application etc., through the faculty member nominated by the Director.
EXAMINATION: Examination will be conducted at the end of each semester as per norms.

EVALUATION SYSTEM :

Student Evaluation is based on Internal Evaluation (40%) and External Evaluation (60%).

Students are evaluated on the basis of examinations, reports, attendance, assignments, classroom performance, seminars, regular tests, surprise Quizzes, Project study, thesis and other acceptable methods, as determined by the Institute.

Final Grade in a course is given by the Institute on the basis of the scale/and an overall grade on the basis of individual grades is given for the programme as a whole.

A five-point scale grading procedure will be adopted for evaluating a student in each course. The grades to be given are:

For evaluation, marks are awarded for each component, summed up for the whole course, and converted into letter grades for the course. Grading components should reflect each student's competence in the course content.
GRADE POINT AVERAGE (GPA)
GPA for a semester is the weighted average of the grade points obtained in the course registered for, in the semester. (Weights being the respective course credits).
The Project Report is evaluated based on a seminar presented by the student on the project and A VIVA VOCE conducted by a three-member committee consisting of the Guide, External Examiner and Director.
